Paul will give you a bit of what you want, but everything you need to reach your ideal shape; be it boot camps or one on one sessions in the gym, he’s got a huge variety of training techniques to keep you on your toes.
It was playing the beautiful game for many years that gave him the ability to work with people from all walks of life. Paul’s client base is as wide reaching as his enthusiasm for fitness.
Paul uses praise and positivity to help his clients reach their goals – it helps if they’re focussed but it’s certainly not essential-at first. He believes in living life to the fullest.

I completed my Diploma in Personal Training with Premier Training International over 6 years ago. Since then I have increased my knowledge of health and nutrition through hundreds of books and numerous courses to become the best trainer I can be. I have experience working with a variety of clients with many different goals.
The reason I do my job is because I am passionate about changing people’s lives, improving their health, fitness and to help them feel great about themselves. I can help you with any of your physical goals and my specialist areas are fat loss, muscle gain and nutrition.

Swimming lessons
Many adults have never had the chance to learn to swim properly. Others have achieved a decent level of swimming on their own but want to perfect their stroke so they can compete - triathlons, sponsored swims etc.
Aqua fitness/ injury rehabilitation
Exercising in the water is unique in that it allows the body to be fully supported and joints to be protected. A full workout can be conducted in the water to tone, improve core strength and increase flexibility.
