The Soulmatefitness team are experts in the field of personal training and body wellbeing. We work with your goals to create a tailored programme to help you achieve peak fitness and the body you have always dreamed of.

With Soulmatefitness there are no contracts to sign and no joining fees. Our aim is to work with you to elevate your fitness levels as painlessly as possible whilst encouraging an atmosphere of high energy invigoration.

We take a hassle-free approach and work with your budget and time constraints to design a series of workouts that will transform you. We’ll assign you a personal Soulmate Fitness Coach who will carry out a full lifestyle assessment in order to design your bespoke fitness programme. This programme takes into account your current fitness levels, availability, lifestyle, exercise preferences, special conditions and any injuries, and will be carried out by one of our industry leading professionals.

As well as personal training our team of body engineers also provide aqua fitness, bootcamp, group, couple and individual sessions, at a variety of locations in the North West of England, as well as home training and a number of exciting activities coming up this year.

Nestled between London’s Harley Street district and Marylebone Village sits Club 51, the flagship personal training studio. Designed to offer a unique approach to health, fitness and rehabilitation, our private studio offers a calm, relaxed and natural training space for bespoke one-to-one coaching. Led by Internationally renowned Exercise Scientist and Coach Jon Denoris, our team of dedicated health and fitness specialists are used to working with elite clients from the world of entertainment, sport and business and unlike conventional gyms and health clubs, entrance is strictly by appointment only.

AQUA PT

What could be better than an intense physical workout? How about an intense physical workout in the pool? Water provides a unique environment for taking exercise, because the body is fully supported and the joints protected, allowing you to work that bit harder and push yourself that bit further. A full workout pushing against the extra resistance provided by the water means you tone up, improve your core strength and increase flexibility.

And if you’re nursing an injury or just working through every day stresses and strains, then the water is your friend, providing the perfect environment in which to rehabilitate whilst maintaining your exercise regime.

So take the gym to the pool and let Aqua PT heat things up whilst keeping you cool.

Group Training

GROUP TRAINING

Ask almost anyone why they stopped working out regularly, and there’s a pretty good chance that the answer will be the same – because taking exercise stopped being enjoyable and started being boring. Pounding a treadmill or working a multi-gym in splendid isolation may seem very noble but, let’s be honest, it’s not a great deal of fun. We recognise that, and so we go out of our way to ensure that our programmes keep the motivation levels as high as possible. Our Personal Coaches, offering one to one expertise and encouragement are a big part of that, but we don’t stop there.

Our Group training sessions allow you to work out with a partner, a friend, or two or three friends, sharing the experience and making the workout that much more invigorating and enjoyable. They could be work colleagues, they could be family or acquaintances. As ever, we tailor things to suit you, but one thing we guarantee is that working out alongside someone else, encouraging and being encouraged, will make going the extra mile not just easier, but a lot more fun.

Working out with a partner or friend can really help to motivate you and make your workout more invigorating and enjoyable. From workplace wellbeing programmes to family and friends, we tailor our group sessions to suit you.

  • Couple and Buddy Training: £60 per session
  • Semi Private Sessions (3 to 4 people): £25 per person, per 60 minute session

YOGA

We like to think of Yoga as exercise for the mind as well as the body. A chance to escape from the hectic pace of modern life for a while and tone and tighten your muscles whilst entering a state of calm and quiet contemplation. The key to a successful yoga session is that you do whatever your body is able to do and no more. To coin a phrase- if it’s hurting, it isn’t working. Yoga is a gradual process of increasing your body’s strength, flexibility and toning and so you only ever stretch as far as you feel comfortable with, and, before you know it, you’ll be feeling the benefits from head to toe.

Our Yoga classes take place in the luxurious surroundings of the Lowry Hotel Relaxation Room. As befits the mood of quiet and calm, the classes are intimate in scale, with a maximum of 6 clients per session. For those truly bitten by the yoga bug, we also offer personal one to one or one to two sessions.

  • Yoga Group – up to 6 clients in The Lowry relaxation room – 50 minute session- £20 non-members / £15 members
  • 1 to 1 Yoga - £50 for 50 minutes or £70 for 75 minutes. 1 to 2 Yoga – 2nd person ½ price.

Pilates

PILATES

Pilates is a complete body exercise system which builds your core strength and improves your posture through a series of specially designed and developed exercises. Working on the back, abdominal and pelvic muscles, Pilates takes the form of low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Pilates isn’t about going for the burn and working up a sweat, it’s about learning how your body works and how to work with it, whilst increasing your flexibility, your strength and the toning of your stomach and thigh muscles.

Relaxed without being too easy, simple but still effective, Pilates is a whole body and mind exercise system for the twenty first century.

Pilates classes are available in the luxury surroundings of The Lowry Hotel relaxation room. Classes are intimate in scale, with a maximum of 7 clients per session. For those keen to explore the benefits of Pilates in more depth, 1 to 1 and 1 to 2 Pilates sessions are also available.

VIRTUAL PT

In this hi-tech, broadband enabled, wireless communicating world, it’s sometimes easy to imagine that there’s virtually nothing you can’t do online. At least, that’s what we imagined and, having imagined it, we decided to make it a reality. Perhaps you can’t make it to any of our locations. Perhaps you just feel more comfortable being coached online. Whatever the reason, our Virtual Personal Training programme makes it possible to receive training and nutrition advice from your own personal Fitness Coach wherever you happen to be based, via your computer. Maybe you want to fit in an exercise session while you’re working late in the office, or work out from the comfort of your own home while the kids are at school. As ever, the choice is yours, and we’ll utilise every tool at our disposal to ensure you receive precisely the service you want.

Virtual PT – the only way that spending time on front of your computer and keeping fit can amount to the same thing.

For many years the idea of having a personal trainer was seen as being the province of the rich and famous. Celebrities could work out one to one with a trained expert offering bespoke advice; the rest of us had to make do with the local gym and some written instructions. No more – thanks to Soulmate Fitness, a Personal Trainer is now well within the budget of virtually anybody. And what could be better than that? Well how about a personal trainer in the comfort of your own home? You may be thinking that’s one luxurious step too far, but think again. Our trainers will attend your home and allow you to work out in comfortable, familiar surroundings, maximising the convenience and effectiveness of your work out session. The way we look at it is that if it’s good enough for Beyonce and Madonna, then it’s good enough for our clients.

HOME GYM MOT

If you’ve taken the time and money required to invest in a home gym, then clearly you’re pretty serious about getting fitter. That doesn’t mean you’re an expert, however, and it would be a shame if all that expense and trouble was going to waste. A Soulmate Fitness Coach will pay you a visit, take a look at your home gym, and use their training and experience to personally plan sessions perfectly tailor made for the equipment you have. The service includes a Health and Fitness questionnaire, a full demonstration of the equipment showing you the correct techniques to use if you want to maximise effectiveness and minimise the risk of injury, and a 4-6 week programme for you to follow.

The Soulmate Fitness Home Gym Mot allows you to combine the convenience of a gym in your own home, with the knowledge and expertise of a gym equipment expert.

SPORTS MASSAGE

CITY BOOTCAMP

The City Bootcamp is a twelve session programme run by some of the North West’s finest personal trainers. It’s all about high impact, quick result, fat burning intensity, bringing you all the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the normal cost. The L.E.A.N BOOTCAMP mixes function bodyweight movements, tough, challenging core exercises and peak intensity cardiovascular components. It’s a high energy no holds barred workout which gets rid of body fat and improves muscle tone faster than any other method of training.

And there’s more....the programs are designed specifically to raise EPOC – Excessive Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption.
